| All registration options include the free-of-charge Aalto University symposium (Location: Innopoli 1, Tekniikantie 12, Espoo). Aalto University symposium registration does not include any of the other Invest Tech Finland 2009 sessions. Registration is required for all attendees. | |||

Invitation letters for visa application
Delegates requiring visas should request a visa invitation letter from the Lead Organiser (conferences@spinverse.com) at the time of payment of registration fee, ensuring sufficient time is left for applications to be completed. Delegates are responsible for providing the correct details for the invitation letter. Please note: payment has to be received by the Lead Organiser before the visa invitation letter can be issued. Delegates are responsible for contacting the relevant/appropriate embassy themselves. The Lead Organiser can do nothing further to assist in this process.
Registration to Invest Tech Finland 2009 is subject to the General Terms and Conditions of Spinverse Conferences.
